  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract (e.g. booking a game),

  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – the user’s consent (e.g. in the case of marketing communications).

Booking System

To enable users to make bookings for services available on our website, the controller uses the external booking system Bookero.

Personal data provided during the booking process may be processed by the booking system provider solely to the extent necessary to complete the booking and provide the service.

The provider processes personal data on the basis of a data processing agreement concluded with the controller, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
